Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.

Additionally included in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing distinct areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Further materials released as part of the continuing congressional release.
